The Woods at Millikin is a privately-owned complex that partners with Millikin to house over 600 students in luxury apartment-style living. It offers the ultimate living experience for sophomore, junior, and senior students. Apartments feature four private bedrooms, full kitchen with microwave, washer/dryer, private deck or patio, and modern furnishings. The Woods also offers a long list of community amenities, including a pool, fitness center, computer lab, and gated community. Once a student signs a lease at the Woods, they will be responsible for adhering to the leasing terms, including payment.
Financial aid will not apply for rent at the Woods Apartments in the summer. Students hoping to lease at the Woods apartments for the summer should check in with their Financial Representative in Student Financial Services to ensure they understand the cost of summer housing before signing a lease.
