Millikin University has a long-standing history of academic excellence. When James Millikin founded the university in 1901, his theory-practice approach to education was unique. Today, Millikin takes this idea a step further by introducing “performance learning” – a unique approach to higher education that builds the confidence to succeed after graduation. Because of this approach, it is no surprise that Millikin students have a history of success after graduation. Last year, 97% of Millikin graduates gained employment or entry into graduate/professional school within six months of graduation.
