Millikin Univeristy is an official or authorized site to administer the ACT, SAT, and GRE-Subject Only tests. To take the ACT or the SAT tests, you must go to the official test website and preregister.

    Please note that test fees are set by ACT and College Board, and vary with the type of test taken, number of reports sent to colleges, etc. You may preregister for the GRE-Subject Only test online or print standby registration materials from the website and register the day of the test. 

     To qualify for fee waviers or ADA Accommodations, contact the company at the preregistration ULRs for each test listed below. Note, fees to take the tests significantly increase after the regular registration deadlines pass. 

     Effective July 24, 2012, the Illinois State Board of Education now allows students applying for admission to an Illinois-approved Educator Preparation Program or persons applying for an Illinois Provisional Certificate or License to take the ACT + Writing   OR   the SAT test in lieu of a passing score on the TAP (Test of Academic Proficiency).  For more information about the process and forms for substituting the ACT + Writing or the SAT test score for the TAP score, contact Rebecca Massey, Millikin Licensure Officer, Millikin University School of Education at 217-420-6682 or by email at rmassey@millikin.edu

GRE® revised General Test
     The GRE® revised General Test is available year round on weekdays and Sturdays at Prometric® test centers throughout the US. Test appoinments are booked on a first come-first serve basis, and you can find the contact information for a test center near you by going to http://etsis4.ets.org/tcenter/tcenter.jsp    To register to take the GRE® revised General Test go to http://www.ets.org/gre/revised_general/register/
