The minor in dance is a comprehensive 21 credit course of study designed to introduce students to an array of styles and techniques. In addition to completing the core requirements in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, theatre dance, and choreography, students will choose two disciplines in which to complete an eight credit emphasis. Support courses such as acting, art or music history, or nutrition enhance the minor experience.

All courses taken prior to that will be credited toward the minor requirements. Students interested in pursuing a minor in dance should consult with their academic advisor. |
