Objectives of the Entrepreneurship major
- To provide a personalized, career-oriented and practical education that embraces leadership, innovation, private enterprise and entrepreneurship.
- To equip students with the tools to think critically, communicate effectively and responsibly, make successful decisions and prosper in a diverse work environment
- To develop students ability to practice “ownership” in a real-world environment and come to understand the dimensions of entrepreneurial behaviors or innovation, risk-taking and proactive.
- To emphasize quality classroom instruction within the parameters of ethical principles.
Requirements for the Entrepreneurship Major
The Entrepreneurship major requires 21 credits as noted below.
