The Center for Entrepreneurship is a recognized Entrepreneurship Center by the
Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and their grant program along with
SCORE Chapter #296 supports our efforts to deliver business assistance to 15 counties in Central Illinois. We understand our pivotal economic development responsibilities in an economy that depends on innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship to advance. We know that entrepreneurship will be a primary driver of regional revitalization and reinvention and that we must create an environment that
builds capacity in people who will take the lead in building and growing enterprises.
