We will begin in the Ames Library on the south of campus with parking in Lot S7 just to the east of the library.

9 - 9:30 Gather in the lower level of Ames Library for coffee and treats

9:35 - 9:55 Welcome, coordinate break-session and lunch arrangements

10 - 11:20 Break-out session throughout library

11:30 - 1 pm Lunch at Tommy's (campus grill). Their new summer menu starts this week and is not available yet. I'll try to get a copy to everyone tomorrow.

1 - 1:50 Get acquainted time with counterparts

2 - 2:50 Regroup and review

3:00 Adios and hopefully on the road
