Since several sites are devoted to Ernest Hemingway and his times, the link above refers to a list of links rather than to one site in particular. Three in particular will be of interest to students. A commercial site, the Hemingway Resource Center (http://www.lostgeneration.com/hrc.htm) has a newspaper-like interface and includes links as well as a biographical article, a bibliography, and some audio clips of Hemingway reading his Nobel Prize speech and other materials. The Hemingway in Paris site (http://www.mala.bc.ca/~lanes/english/hemngway/moveable.htm) contains maps as well as detailed information about Hemingway's time there. The Smithsonian's exhibit "Picturing Hemingway in his Time" (http://www.npg.si.edu/exh/hemingway/index.htm) offers great pictures as well as commentary.
