| This site contains links to information about Garland and information about
the Society as well as extensive links to other sites, including one to the
major Garland research collection at the University of Southern California.
Also at this site are original essays written by the co-editor of Garland's
letters, Keith Newlin; students will find the one on Garland's literary
creed especially helpful as an introduction to Garland's work. Texts by
Garland include his views of literary impressionism and other matters,
including a letter about Herman Melville's Moby Dick. The site also
contains a large gallery of images, including a brief movie clip from 1937
of Garland making coffee. |
