This site is a part of the Domestic Goddesses collection, a moderated E-journal put together by PhD student Kim Wells from Texas A&M University. Includes biography, bibliography, photos, a special listserv about the different authors collected, and links as well as critical essays. Site is easy to navigate and also includes information on how to cite the resources in a critical paper’s works cited page; Wells stresses academic honesty in using the resources collected on the site and tries to teach more than just the information about the author. The special critical essays on Chopin include an in-depth annotated guide to critical research on the author as well as over ten other essays on everything from Ecocriticism to maternal influence in the novels and short stories.
