April 23: Atlanta-area Alumni are invited to join Millikin President Doug Zemke ‘66 and alumni, parents and friends for a Mexican fiesta. April 24: on campus
Millikin Day of Service in honor of Founder's Day. Students and the Millikin community will be working to make the campus more beautiful. Work will begin at the Richards Treat University Center arrival court at 1 p.m. and last until about 4 p.m. Bring your own gloves, garden tools, paint brushes, etc. To volunteer, RSVP by April 20 by calling 424-6383 or send an e-mail to alumnews@millikin.edu.

May 21 and 22: Decatur Saturday's ceremony is for PACE and MBA graduates at 7 p.m. in Kirkland Fine Arts Center. Sunday's ceremony for all other graduates, begins at 2 p.m. at Decatur Civic Center. Baccalaureate will be held Sunday at 10 a.m. in Kirkland Fine Arts Center for all MU grads. MORE

Have a need for networking? Mark your calendar to attend the Chicago Business Forum and Networking Luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Union League of Chicago, 65 West Jackson Boulevard. Our speaker, Dr. Jim Dahl, new dean of the Tabor School of Business will discuss Tabor's upcoming move to a new home on campus (ADM-Scovill Hall) as well as new developments in entrepreneurship. Rudd takes THE Prize. 
Senior Angela Kepley Rudd of Decatur (pictured at left with Dr. C. Kimm Hollis '72) was named recipient of this year's Hollis Prize and will perform a free recital at the Harold Washington Library Center Auditorium on Friday, April 22 at 12:15 p.m. The library, which is Chicago Public Library’s central library, is located at 400 S. State Street in Chicago.  More

For an upcoming article on entrepreneurship in the summer issue of Millikin Quarterly magazine, we are compiling a business directory of alumni who are self-employed. If you would like to be included in the directory, let us know. Send the following info to MillikinQuarterly@millikin.edu the name and class year of the alumni owner and how long he or she has owned the business, his or her job title, the name of the business and the business address, a short sentence describing the type of business, plus the phone number and website and e-mail addresses, if available.
