IN
THE AFTERMATH OF KATRINA...
Millikin
is offering a helping
hand to college students displaced by the hurricane,
including providing special assistance with admission,
registration and housing for those wishing to
continue their education in the aftermath of the Gulf Coast tragedy.
In addition, a group of MU students plans to spend a portion
of their semester break assisting with clean up efforts. We've
also heard from some Millikin alumni living in areas suffering
from the effects of Hurricane Katrina, and although luckily
there seem to be no alumni injuries or fatalities, the stories
they tell are harrowing. Our thoughts are with all those
affected by the disaster.
