Sally Harrison, nee Carroll, Wirth, 78, of New Athens, Ill., born Sept. 13, 1932, in St. Louis, Mo., passed away Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at the New Athens Home for the Aged in New Athens, Ill.

Mrs. Wirth was a retired secretary and member of St. John United Church of Christ in New Athens, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent M. and Lillie, nee Harrison, Carroll.

Surviving Sally are her husband, Edgar "Bud" Wirth; son, Mike Wirth; daughter, Nancy Wirth; sister, Kathleen Carroll Knight; sister-in-law, Pat, nee Wirth, Bartsokas Huth; and many friends.
