Diane (Jane) Niedbalski, age 44, of Niceville, Fla., passed away Tuesday evening, Dec. 28, 1999, at West Florida Regional Medical Center in Pensacola, Fla. She was born in Decatur, Ill., on July 2, 1955, to Jim and Wilma Dedman.

She served as a Certified Public Accountant in Decatur and Springfield, Ill., and St. Louis, Mo., before following her husband through several Air Force assignments. She most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Consultant with Prison Fellowship Ministries headquartered in Washington, D.C., from 1990 to present.

She is survived by her husband, Alan J. Niedbalski, of Niceville; daughter, Marie A. Bass, and son-in-law, George Bass, of Atlanta, Ga.; son, Scott Niedbalski, and daughter-in-law. Bonnie Niedbalski, of Jacksonville, Fla.; brother, Jim Dedman, and sister-in-law, Betty Dedman, of Champaign, Ill.; sister, Amy Jackson, and brother-in-law, Bud Jackson, of Decatur, Ill.
