Margaret Rose Knox, 91, of Decatur, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Heritage Health Center in Mt. Zion, Illinois.

Margaret was born October 6, 1920 in Decatur the daughter of Mark and Mary (Ancene) McEroy. She worked for A.E Staley from 1938-1946 in the traffic department and was a secretary for St. James Church for many years. She married John Knox in Decatur, Illinois on September 3, 1946 he preceded her in death on July 26, 1968.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews, and friends that loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, and one sister.

The family would like to thank the staff at Heritage Health and St. John's Hospice for all the care and kindness they showed Margaret.
