Liam Connors joined the Big Blue coaching staff for the 2007-08 season and rejoins his former assistant coach B.J. Noble. As a college athlete, Connors earned four varsity letters at University of Redlands (Calif.) and was a member of the 2001 team that finished runner-up in NCAA Division III. In addition to his work with the Big Blue, Connors serves as the MidState Soccer Club’s Assistant Director of Soccer and holds a USSF “C” license. Prior to joining Millikin, Connors was a staff coach for the Lake Oswego (Ore.) Soccer Club and Lakeridge High School’s assistant coach.
Paul Karver joined the Big Blue coaching staff for the 2007-08 and also reunitied with former assistant coach B.J. Noble. As a college athlete, Karver earned four varsity letters, one at Creighton University (Omaha, Nebraska) and three at University of Redlands (Calif.). While at Creighton the Blue Jays were NCAA Division I National Finalist in 2000 and at Redlands the Bulldogs attended the NCAA Division III tournament three consecutive years. In addition to his work with the Big Blue, Karver serves as the MidState Soccer Club’s Assistant Director of Soccer and holds a USSF “C” license. Prior to joining Millikin, Karver was a staff coach for the Tualatin United Soccer Club and an assistant coach at George Fox College. Karver also founded and directed The Goal Keeping Academy in Portland, Oregon.
