CHDT» Head Coach Karen Gagnon email: kgagnon@millikin.edu Prior to joining the Millikin staff, she coached dance at the high school level for six years and her teams regularly competed in the Illinois Drill Team (IDTA) and UDA competitions, where they won several trophies including a second-place in Dance and a second-place in the Lyrical divisions at IDTA State. Gagnon minored in dance and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Millikin in 2006.

Karen Gagnon has served as the coach of the Dance Team since 2002-03 and has led the Cheerleading Team since 2003-04. During her tenure, the Big Blue Cheer and Dance teams have received numerous Superior and Home routine trophies at Universal Dance Association (UDA) College Spirit camps.
