Coach's Corner

This meet proved to be a valuable learning experience. We knew going into the meet that the competition would be very stiff with several strong teams in the Midwest attending. We took a conservative approach the first mile and were successful in improving our placing to the finish. At this point in the season the emphasis is still on training. We are working very hard and everything we do, including races, will prepare us for the post season. We are looking forward to taking the next step this Friday at the Brisman Lundeen Invite, which will also be a very competitive meet.
