Go Big Blue

Jim Mills coached the Big Blue for 16 seasons from 1992-2007 and compiled a 329-256 (.562) career record. Prior to being named head coach, Mills served five years as a Millikin assistant coach under Bryce Boston, the team's first coach. Mills' teams earned eight top-3 finishes in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW). His 1994 team also earned an NCAA Division III National Tournament berth, going 2-2. Mills had at least two players earn All-CCIW honors in each of his 16 seasons.
