 The Millikin women’s tennis team has a long history of success and the Big Blue hopes to continue that trend in 2008. With the loss of four seniors, Head Coach Marc Smith will look to underclassmen to lead the way in 2008. As it does every season, the Big Blue will again open its season by the hosting the Annual Dorothy McClure Memorial Tennis Tournament. First held in 1917, the event is thought to be the longest-running collegiate tennis tournament for women in the United States. |
