Go Big Blue

With one year under his belt, head coach Pete Seal and the Big Blue track and field teams are looking to move up in the CCIW standings in 2008. With a handful of All-CCIW performers returning, including Allison May, Carsen Himes, Nate Stout and All-American Kapricia Poulos, Millikin should have plenty of returning talent to build with in Seal’s second season. Poulos represented Millikin at the 2007 NCAA Indoor and Outdoor Championships and will look to take some teammates with her next season. After a solid recruiting effort, the Big Blue has added both strength and numbers and should challenge for league titles in several events. A historically decorated program, the men’s team will begin its 104th season of competition in 2008 while the women’s squad will compete for the 31st time.
