Mission Statement
The Center for
Multicultural Student Affairs serves as an advocate and resource for
all students, and especially for students of under-represented
populations at Millikin University, while striving to provide a place
where all students, faculty and staff feel welcome, accepted,
encouraged and empowered.
D-Talk
D-Talk
is a newsletter focusing on Social Justice and Diversity. Each
newsletter includes current issues and/or hot topics in the U.S.;
global issues; recent events on campus; calendar of local events; mind
teasers; opinion poll, editorial; guest writer. Read an issue of D-Talk .
Location and Office Hours
The
Center for Multicultural Student Affairs is located in the lower level
of Richards Treat University Center, sharing space with the Office of
Student Programs and the Center for International Education. Students
and other visitors are welcome to stop in any time just to visit, or to
inquire about office services and programs. Students and staff are
welcome to check out books, videos and other materials from the
Resource Room.
