Greetings from the College of Professional Studies!

As Millikin University’s newest academic college, the College of Professional Studies is dedicated to high personal achievement in professional fields, life-long learning and the promotion of excellence in higher education. The dynamic liberal arts curriculum and professional educational core courses combine to provide excellence in education that challenges minds and changes lives.

The mission of the CPS is to deliver on the promise of professional education, derived from intensive study in professional disciplines, underscored by high ethical integrity, and driven by the power to make a difference in the world. While the schools that comprise the CPS differ considerably in educational outcomes and preparation for practice beyond the academic setting, all share the commitment to provide individuals with the tools for professional success, critical reasoning and reflection skills, and the leadership vision to promote professional growth in a changing world.

The College of Professional Studies is committed to the education and advancement of professionals within the School of Education, the School of Nursing, and the Professional Adult Comprehensive Education (PACE) program.
