Relocations
The Writing Center has moved to Staley Library Room 203. Hours for this semester are Sunday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The Office of Residence Life has moved to the former Millikin Institute building. The address is 1135 W. Wood St., Suite 5.

The Learning Enhancement Center has also moved to 1135 W. Wood St., Suite 5.

Fall Convocation
Journalist Helen Thomas, a White House correspondent for more than 40 years, will be speaking at Millikin's Fall Convocation this year. Convocation will be held on Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. in the Kirkland Fine Arts Center (KFAC).

Congress Election Results
The new representatives for Student Congress are: Freshman Class Representative Jaya Yaetes, Sophomore Class Representative Amanda Russell, Junior Class Representative Michael Richmond, Senior Class Representative Alyson Ludek, Sophomore Class Chair Karl Kruger, Junior Class Chair Karen Kuchar and Senior Class Chair Sara Krows.

Study Abroad Scholarship
The Institute for the International Education of Students (IES) recently awarded scholarships for students studying abroad. Millikin senior Sandra Hodge from Fillmore, Ill., was awarded the Leadership and Community Scholarship. She is studying in London this semester. Hodge was one of 31 winners selected from a pool of 234 applicants.
