The Maintenance department keeps Millikin running: literally! The University might boast a campus that is over one century old, but our job is to make certain every facet of each building works like it was born yesterday. Guaranteeing that daily life on campus runs smoothly is the primary concern of our dedicated staff. Compromised of carpenters, electricians, Heating-Ventilation-Air-Conditioning specialists and automotive personnel. With over 30 buildings in need of regular upkeep and TLC, our staff is always on their toes. From leaky faucet to climate control to special events, the Maintenance department handles any physical problem that regular upkeep can mend.
