Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for modules of the administrative system(s)
- Consult with departmental data owners regularly to ensure data consistency and integrity
- Ensure reports and data requests are accurate and produced in a timely manner
- Provide education, training, and awareness on the core functions and capabilities of the administrative system
- Communicate regularly with internal technical, applications and operational staff, particularly as a liaison between the Database Administrator(s) and the application systems development team(s), as appropriate, in order to ensure the database integrity, security, and availability
- Assist development staff for applications, procedure, and web system design
- Prepare project plans and schedule for significant system-related implementation support and efforts
- Maintain revision control for database, forms, reports and script versions
