• Responsible for management of the Media Services Area, including:

Director of Academic Technology (January 1998 to May 2003)
Millikin University, Decatur, Illinois
• Provide strategic technology planning
• Coordinate and plan technology across disciplines and departments
• Coordinate technology delivery for faculty, students, and staff
• Responsible for installation and maintenance of the infrastructure including cabling, switches, routers, firewall, and hubs
• Responsible for the security and management of the local area network
• Oversee servers with Novell, Windows 2000, Unix, and Linux operating systems
