8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
Occassional Evenings and Weekends as student help is available

*Media/Phone (Telecom) support will not be available after 5pm during spring break, fall break, winter break, and summer break. Voice mail is checked first thing every morning so feel free to leave a message for attention the next day. In case of immediate emergency, please call Security at 8888 and they will contact the appropriate person to assist you.

Both Media and Telecom are located in SH105. If you have arranged to pick up a piece of equipment, it will be in that office. For a problem that can be handled during regular working hours, please fill out a JIRA Work Order request.
