Help Desk Hours*

8 am - 7 pm Monday through Thursday
8 am - 5 pm Friday
1 pm - 3 pm Saturday

*Helpdesk may be unavailable occasionally after 5pm or on weekends depending on student worker availability, and will not be available after 5pm during spring break, fall break, winter break, and summer break. Voice mail is checked first thing every morning so feel free to leave a message for attention the next day. In case of immediate emergency, please call Security at 8888 and they will contact the appropriate person to assist you.
