Millikin University is moving toward total IP-based printing. This will allow much easier user management of printing on campus - whenever a user moves offices, all they have to do is click on a link on a webpage to switch their printer. This also makes it easier when additional printers are added to the system - instead of requiring an office visit, users only need to click on a link to be able to use the new printer.
