How do I access network drives in OS 9?
1. Go to the tree icon (far right top corner)
2. Login to the network with your NETWORK username and password, making
sure that you have the correct context set and you have the Millikin tree
selected

3. Select Login
4. If successfully completed, the tree icon (far right top corner) should
now be green
5. Go to the Apple Menu (far left top corner)
6. Click on Chooser
7. Click Netware

8. Double click Millikin_Tree, double click MU, and double click Tech.
9. You should see the list of all the servers.
10. Double Click the server you need to mount (ex. MUNWFILE2, Happy,
etc.)

11. Double click on the volume you wish to open (ex. Share (for g: share),
Data (for home directories (H:)).

12. Once you have double clicked on the volume you can now see the volume
icon on the desktop (ex. MUNWFILE2.DATA).
13. At this point you will need to double click on the icon that was created
on your desktop.
14. Double click on the folder Home.
15. You will see different folders within the share folder, find the folder
you need and double click.
NOTE: To create a shortcut
to this folder, use the keyboard combination Apple + M; this will create
a shortcut on the desktop of the computer. If that will not work, drag
the folder to the desktop to create a shortcut.
NOTE: If you receive an
error message regarding access privileges, you will need to contact the
Network Administrator. After you've logged in once like this, you should
be able to go to the Apple Menu (far left top), click on Recent Servers,
and select the server you previously mounted.
