How to set your Microsoft Word for macro virus protection:

Macintosh Computers - If you are running any office version before Office 98, the virus cannot affect you. If you are running Office 98, got to Tools, Preferences and select the general tab, make sure that the check box for "Macro Virus Protection" is checked.

Windows Based Computers - If you are running Office 95 or earlier the virus cannot affect you. If you are running Office 97, go to Tools, Options, select the general tab, make sure that the check box for "Macro Virus Protection" is checked. If you are running Office 2000, go to Tools, Macro, select Security.
