Notice to IE7 users on Windows Vista:

Microsoft has changed how the version of Internet Explorer 7 which is bundled with Windows Vista handles secure websites. These changes will prevent WebAccess from functioning properly. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Tools menu in Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on Internet Options.
  3. This will bring up a new window. On this window, click on the Advanced tab on the top far right.
  4. Now, scroll all the way down to the bottom and check the checkbox next to SSL 2.0.
  5. Click on OK, then close and reopen your web browser, then try again.
  6. If this does not work, repeat the steps except uncheck SSL 2.0 and TLS 1.0.
