Mission Statement:
The mission of the Organizational Leadership program is to assist adult students as they strive to reach their full potential as professionals and as learners. The program provides working professionals with the tools to become more valuable members of organizations, or to assume leadership positions and thereby facilitate the success of those organizations. Students will develop advanced skills in communication, negotiation, team building, critical thinking and creative problem solving. The major integrates theory and practice in order to foster understanding of the interrelationship between leadership, power, and influence, while emphasizing socially responsible leadership and ethical decision-making.

Learning Goals:       

Students completing the Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership will:
