What is this all about?
Millikin has a Deferred recruitment system which means that the first chance for
first year students to become a new member in the sororities is
Formal Recruitment in January.
Formal Recruitment 2004
Recruitment Runs from
Saturday, January 24th thru Friday, January 30th. The women of Alpha Chi
Omega, Delta Delta Delta, and Pi Beta Phi invite all non-Greek women into their
homes for six nights of fun. Below is a breakdown of what each night
entails.
Saturday 24th- Informational Meeting in Kauper Hall from 2-3 P.M.
Sunday 25th- Go Greek Night!
All Potential New Members meet in
Lower RTUC at 1 P.M.
Monday 26th-
Philanthropy Night: All Potential New Members meet
in Lower RTUC at 4:45 P.M.
Tuesday 27th- Chapter Night:
Potential New Members meet
in Lower RTUC at 4:45 P.M.
Wednesday 28th- Enjoy the Night Off!
Thursday 29th- Preference Night-
Potential New Members meet
in Lower RTUC at 4:45 P.M.
Friday 30th- Bid Day- Potential New
Members meet
in Pilling Chapel to collect their bids. New members then head off to
their new houses. At 5:30 P.M. the New Members join their chapters in
celebrating Recruitment Counselor Revealing at the DISC.

Sign Ups
Recruitment Sign ups will
take place
Tuesday, January 20th thru Friday, January 23rd.
Sign ups are from 10 A.M. - 2 P.M. in Lower Shilling Hall
and 5 P.M. -7 P.M. in RTUC.
Recruitment Mailroom
The Recruitment mailroom
will be located in RTUC Monday - Wednesday
from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. The mailroom is where Potential New Members can
pick up all information for the week.

Requirements
Women thinking about going through recruitment should remember that, just as in
any Millikin organization, a woman must possess a 2.0 GPA by the end of the
first semester to have the opportunity to sign up for recruitment.
