Millikin's campus is home to three chapters of National Greek Social Sororities.

The Women of Alpha Chi Omega have called Millikin's campus home since May 9, 1913. They are the Upsilon chapter of their National Organization. Alpha Chi Omega women can be found working with their Domestic Violence Abuse philanthropy, showing their green and scarlet colors and being involved all over campus.

The Delta Epsilon chapter of Delta Delta Delta have called Millikin home since May 25, 1912. These women, known for their stars and cresents, silver, blue and gold and work with St. Jude's hospital can be found in many activities on campus. Click here to view their web page.

Pi Beta Phi's Illinois Eta chapter calls Millikin home. On campus since March 9, 1912, Pi Beta Phi women are known by their colors of wine and silver blue, their symbol the arrow and their involvement with many campus organizations. Their philanthropy is the Arrowmont Settlement School, a Arts and Crafts school. Also, they work with Arrows In the Arctic and Links to Literacy.
