HAS YOUR STUDENT CHOSEN THEIR 2008-2009 HOUSING?
As we approach summer 2008, your student should have made their decision regarding their housing for the 2008-2009 academic year. As a reminder, Millikin University's residency policy states that all freshman, sophomore, and junior students must live on-campus. Non-senior students who choose to live off-campus will be assessed the $4600 off-campus living charge. There are many students who have yet to declare their housing for next year. Several housing options are still available. There are available spots in traditional residence halls as well as apartments available at The Woods at Millikin. Sophomore students with at least 24 credits are approved to live at The Woods at Millikin, which provides a more independent atmosphere including private sleeping quarters, full kitchens, private baths, fitness center, computer lab, and parking. If your student is interested in the Woods at Millikin, please call the leasing office at 217-464-8635. Students interested in living in traditional residence halls on the Millikin University campus may call the Office of Residence Life at 217-362-6410. Don't forget to declare your student's housing!
