What made you decide to come to Millikin?
I decided to come to Millikin the day that I stepped onto its gorgeous campus and met some of the faculty. From my first experience with members of the Millikin community, I was impressed by how personal everyone was and how welcoming they made visitors feel.
What have you most enjoyed about your major/minor?
I have enjoyed the extensive opportunities to get real world experience pertaining to my majors. Whether is it with off campus credits, internships, or job shadowing, there is plenty of opportunity to get experience in you intended field while studying about it.
What do you like best about living in Millikin residence hall/Woods Apartments?
I have lived in the Millikin Residence Halls for four years and have genuinely enjoyed the relationships I have established and maintain. There is a strong sense of community in the halls and it is easy to feel comfortable with your neighbors, roommates, and friends.
Why would you encourage high school/transfer students to attend Millikin?
I would encourage high school students to attend Millikin because of the tremendous amount of opportunity it provides both inside and outside of the classroom. I have had nothing but the best experiences at Millikin and would strongly recommend it to anyone.
