An Application of Knowledge
When he was nominated by work colleagues and chosen for Millikin’s MBA program, Caterpillar employee Max Winemiller wasn’t sure what to expect. But he found the material he learned in his night classes could easily be applied during the day to his job as lead supervisor at Caterpillar, Inc. “The MBA program gives me a chance to look at business from a visionary perspective,” he says. “We're looking at the curve ahead and how to position businesses for success in the long run.” Focusing on the long run, Max is eager to apply what he’s learned. “I now bring a better understanding to my actions, decisions, and conversations within Caterpillar,” he says. “I have found the MBA program to be a very enlightening academic and life experience.”
