Student Housing Council is the official voice of residential students at Millikin University. SHC works to better the campus community environment by creating programs and reexamining the current policies and procedures for our residence halls.

Hall Chairperson

The Hall Chairperson would be one of 20 representative that make up Student Housing Council. This person brings tideas and needs from her/his residence hall to the attention of SHC. Additionally, the Hall Chairpersons will lead their Hall Councils consisting of Floor Representatives from each residential floor to discuss the needs of that residential community.

Floor Represtative

The Floor Representative would work with  Floor Representatives under the leadership of the Hall Chairperson. This person gathers ideas and needs from her/his residence hall floor through floor meetings and informal interactions with fellow residents and brings these ideas and needs to the attention of the Hall Council.
