Millikin University practices a deferred greek recruitment system. First-year students may not rush any greek-letter organizaton until their second semester. Recruitment week takes place early in the second semester of each year. Existing members bid (extend invitations) and pledge prospective new members at the end of recruitment week. Pledgeship assimilates new members to the active chapter and prepares them to make contributions to advance the ideals of our organization. If you are interested in joining our brotherhood and would like to receive more information, please contact our recruitment chair.

Using our Ritual and “The True Gentleman” as building blocks, the Fraternity creates an environment that fosters relationships and opportunities for personal growth and enduring friendships. With more than 200 chapters, 75 alumni associations, and 150,000 living alumni, we believe the Fraternity provides a life-long development network. The ΣAE Foundation also complements the Fraternity by providing leadership programming and financial aid to deserving brothers.
