Allocations
All “Big 8” student organizations are required to submit budget details and requests for funding no later than March 1 preceding the academic year when funds will be used. Click the links below to download the appropriate forms.
PLEASE NOTE: Each line item on the budget summary sheet should have a corresponding budget item detail sheet.

Completed forms should be emailed to safc@millikin.edu or presented in person to the Office of Student Development, SH 205, no later than 5:00pm on March 1, 2007.
Additionally, all “Big 8” student organizations are required to keep accurate and up-to-date financial, attendance and inventory records. These records are collectively referred to as the Operations Report. Click the link below to download the appropriate form.
