You may NOT download software, store files, or alter computer commands on the library's computers.
Millikin-affiliated users can save database search results from the library's computers to their personal Millikin h: drives.
Millikin-affiliated users can use the library's computers to print from their Millikin printing accounts.
Uses such as game playing, chat rooms or shopping are NOT allowed on Staley Library computers.
Anyone accessing lewd, obscene, and/or pornographic materials on library computers (as judged by library staff) will be asked to leave the library.
We also provide wireless laptops for in-library use by Millikin students, faculty and staff ONLY, with presentation of valid Millikin picture ID at the Circulation Desk. Staley Library is a wireless "hot spot" that can be accessed also with your personally owned laptop computers.
Please note that it is also the case for laptop users, including personal laptops brought to the library, that anyone accessing lewd, obscene, and/or pornographic materials on library computers (as judged by library staff) will be asked to leave the library.
