8/25/2009EDUCAUSE, the national association for technology in higher education, released the results of their annual survey on the top ten information technology issues. No surprises here. Funding remains the #1 issue. Specific to educational technology, "teaching and learning with technology" (#4) and "learning management systems" (#10), make the list.
