General

Diversity resources in higher education "identifies Web sources with emphasis on sites that include institutional vision on diversity issues, recruitment of minority faculty, library organizations working to achieve diversity, and related issues." Reviews from the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL).

HateWatch "monitors the growing and evolving threat of hate group activity on the Internet" (Southern Poverty Law Center).

Diversity includes links to online diversity magazines as well as to sites specific to aspects of age, disabilities, gender, religion, social class, and to groupings such as AsianAmerican, AfricanAmerican, NativeAmerican, and Latino/HispanicAmerican. Also provides bibliography on "writings which address diversity issues as they relate to various aspects of business & emplyment." "The National Association for Ethnic Studies was founded in 1972. It provides an interdisciplinary forum for scholars and activists concerned with the national and international dimensions of ethnicity." Provides links to related sites.
