Welcome to the Millikin University Office
of Student Programs online! The Office of
Student Programs (OSP) is located on the lower level
of the Richards Treat University Center (RTUC), sharing office space with the Office of Multicultural Affairs and International Student Services (OMA/ISS). The Office of Student Programs serves the
needs of all Millikin students by developing
cultural, recreational, social, and intellectual
programs that bridge inside the classroom learning with experiences outside of the classroom. This site
provides the resources for students who wish
to become involved in campus activities and organizations as
well as the necessary tools for Millikin's
current student leaders. Navigate the
