as upcoming special events, pertinent policies, and upcoming
deadlines for student organization forms.
Important Announcements :
- Update Your Student Organization Information: Many student organizations have recently held elections for new officers. Please make sure to complete the appropriate forms and submit your updated information to the Office of Student Programs. If you are a new student organization within the past year, please contact the Office of student programs at osp@millikin.edu with two sentences describing your organization and offer a web site if applicatable. Presidents, please refer to this list of organizations we are still in need of a description and website from. Missing Organization Information
- Presidents Council: The next Presidents Council meeting (for all student organization presidents) will be Wednesday, April 9th at 4pm in LRTUC. The focus of our next meeting is collaborative programming. *If as President of your organization you are not able to attend, please send an exectutive board member in your place.
- Student Organization Allocation Process for Fall 2008: The allocation process for the Fall 2008 semester is in process. Allocation Packets are available on the web and are due by Friday, April 11th, 2008.
- Millikin University's Open House "Explore Millikin": The next open house will be Friday, April 25th, 2008. Student organizations will be contacted prior to the event to sign up for tables. We encourage every organization that is contacted to take this opprotunity to present their organizations to potential future students of Millikin University.

Free Soda? Student
Organizations can apply to receive limited, free soda donations from
Pepsi. Please complete the Pepsi Donation Request form. Product will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
- Need Office Space? The Office of Student Programs
has office space in Lower RTUC dedicated for student organizations (aka Office of Student Organizations) located immediately next to the OSP. There are also spaces available in Walker Hall. Student
organizations can petition for office space once per year. This
process takes place in May for the following academic year.
- Organization Publicity: Did you know that the OSP has to approve all publicity including t-shirts? Read our Posting Policies for more information.
