Constructed and dedicated in 1997, Pilling Chapel is a generous gift of Frank and Lauri Pilling. It was their desire to build an inter-faith chapel at Millikin University, to invite the exploration of many spiritual paths, and to provide the campus community a place of respite from the cares of the world. The main floor of the chapel may be reserved for programs and services sponsored by local faith communities or by Millikin departments or student organizations. Musical and dramatic performances are also presented there. On the lower level, the personal meditation room is available for Millikin students and staff for private prayer and meditation (no reservation required).
