Wellness is the state of optimal well-being,
not simply the absence of illness, but an improved quality
of life resulting from enhanced physical, mental, and spiritual
health. The Office of Student Programs provides programs
and initiatives to assist students in living healthy lives.
Each month the OSP recognizes certain Wellness Themes which
are promoted through the residence halls and by programming
on campus. The Wellness Themes for 2007-2008 are shown here. Student Organizations and Residential Communities are encouraged to program events based on these themes where they are able.
