Beth (Evans) Doores, Director of Student Programs
M.S.Ed. Illinois State University, B.A. Western Illinois University
Beth oversees the daily operations of the Office of Student Programs and supervises the three professional staff members and the administrative assistant in the office. Beth works directly with the University’s orientation program First Week, Transfer and Commuter Orientation, and First Year Experience Mentors. She also works with leadership programs, student organizations, and is the student conduct officer for the student organizations.

Paul Lidy, Associate Director of Student Programs & the Richards Treat University Center
M.S. Western Illinois University, B.A. Millikin University
Paul oversees the daily operations of the Richards Treat University Center. Paul supervises the RTUC student staff, all campus scheduling, and advises the Interfraternity Council. Additionally, Paul works with the University Center Board.

Alicia Gilbert , Assistant Director of Student Programs
M.S. Ball State University, B.S. Bowling Green State University
Alicia has the opportunity to advise the Multicultural Greek Council and Panhellenic Council. Additionally she oversees the training and advisement of the 11 fraternities and sororities, leadership development, and alcohol awareness education for Millikin University.

Pej Clark, Administrative Assistant
A.A. Lincoln Land Community College
Pej is the administrative assistant for the Office of Student Programs and manages the front desk. Pej coordinates the student intern schedule and oversees daily operations of the office. Pej is also the administrative assistant for the Center for Multicultural Student Affairs.
